The Neotech Research Unit, a specially funded project of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, specializing in the application of fuel cell technology to transportation systems with a particular focus on rapidly and cost effectively retrofitting existing assets. This research builds upon the work already underway in the Micro Power Generation initiative.
